Introduction to RepairSuite
RepairSuite is a cloud platform built for electronics repair shops. Whether you run one phone-repair counter or a multi-branch service centre, it gives you jobs, inventory, point of sale, invoicing, staff and reporting in one place.

What it does
Repair jobs
Book a device in through a guided wizard — category, manufacturer, model, faults, parts, customer, charges — and track it from Pending through In Progress to Completed.
Inventory
Track parts and products across every branch: purchase orders from suppliers, transfers between branches, stock adjustments, returns, and a live view of stock value and low-stock lines.
Point of sale
A dedicated Sell Product POS for counter sales, with a searchable product grid, per-line discount and tax, customer lookup and instant invoicing.
Invoicing
Every job and every sale raises an invoice. Take part payments or settle in full, print or download a PDF, and see what is still outstanding.
Trade in
Buy used devices from the public with the seller's ID and signature on record, then sell them on. Purchases and sales both produce invoices.
Online booking
A branded public booking page at your own handle, plus an embeddable widget for your website. Requests land in a queue and convert to jobs in one click.
Attendance
Clock staff in and out, build shift templates and weekly rotas, and approve leave — with a report that feeds payroll.
Reports
Eleven reports covering sales, expenses, margins, reconciliation, inventory, staff productivity and forecasting, all exportable.
Multi-branch
One account, many branches. Each branch keeps its own inventory, staff and customers, and you switch between them without leaving the app.
Subscription plans
Plan tiers with different branch and staff limits, billed through Stripe. Every plan starts with a free trial and no card details.
Affiliate programme
Refer shops, track conversions with your own codes, and withdraw commission.
A note on naming
Version 2.0 renamed some things in the interface. If you have used RepairSuite before:
