Customer Profile

Profile lets a customer maintain their own account details, so your records stay current without your staff retyping them.

Find it at /customer/profile.

Editable fields

Field	Notes
Name	Full name
Email	Also their login. Changing it may require re-verification.
Phone	Contact number used for repair updates
Address	Home or billing address

Edit the fields and click Save.

:::note Updating the profile changes the customer's own account. The branch-level customer record your staff see is kept in step, but shop staff can still correct their copy from Customers. :::

Notifications

The bell in the header carries portal notifications — job created, job completed, booking confirmed — with the newest first.
